We all know how kitty is always curious about everything, so when I saw the butterfly come out from the cocoon at the Butterfly Pavilion, I felt like I should create a piece of artwork of a kitty curious about the cocoon. So I went home and created this Scratchboard. I was so blessed that this original artwork hung at the Armory Performing Arts Center during one of the Art Fests; it was sold immediately after it hung. May the owner of this artwork always be filled with exploring in their life and have the courage to try new things like a kitty does. I wish the same to those who bought this print as well 🙂
The Armory always has great concerts and events with local artists’ artwork displayed and available for sale. Please feel free to check out their events for fun.
The Original artwork of this piece has been sold, but prints are available for sale. Please check out Prints. Feel free to email graceyu.artstudio@gmail.com if you are interested in more info.
I also have studio space on the 2nd floor at Main Street Creative Gallery (36 S Main St, Brighton, CO 80601). You can visit us during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 3 pm.
