When I was a caregiver, one of my home care customers was a hunter with some specimen in his house. The Elk on top of his fireplace was my favorite. Since the Elk is no longer alive, I added some auspicious clouds to create this scratchboard artwork. In Chinese culture, the elk symbolizes longevity and good fortune, often associated with wealth, while auspicious clouds represent blessings, good omens, and divine approval. I put them together to create this artwork, and the imagery suggests a harmonious and prosperous life filled with blessings, longevity, and wealth. I hope this brings my artwork owner to receive all these above.
